We spent two lovely nights here with our toddlers and couldn’t have been happier. The location is perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and the city center, and parking was easily accessible which made things so much easier. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and the bath was a big hit with the kids after long days exploring. The whole team was wonderfully friendly and always quick to help with anything we needed. It felt welcoming from start to finish, and we’d happily come back on our next visit.
The hotel is very good value for what you get. It’s a bit run down, but very clean, comfortable and lots of amenities. The location is fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again.
The hotel was very conveniently located, and well priced. The service was fantastic and the rooms were clean. Although the hotel is dated, it was a great stay. We really enjoyed the king suite and the kids loved their double room too. A great option for families on a budget.
This is a perfect ski lodge. Basic but comfortable rooms 5 minutes away from St.Sauveur/Avila Mountains. The beds are super comfortable - we actually asked for the specifications and manufacturer and had our beds at home made to the same specs! We stayed here every weekend during the 2024-2025 ski season and have been very happy so we have reserved this hotel again every weekend for the 2025-2026 season.
Very clean and comfortable. A little dated, but in a great location and the front desk is friendly and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable. Reasonable for the price. Kitchen had all we needed.
It was an amazing experience. My kids absolutely loved it. Their Suites are top-notch. Staff are very welcoming. Place is very clean. Very great service. Very big refrigerator/freezer. This hotel is especially suitable for families.
The hotel was nice for a one night stay! The full kitchen is a wonderful addition and the smart television too. However, I can’t give it full stars for a few reasons; for one, the parking and road to get up aren’t salted nor has the snow been removed to getting up with an older model car was extremely difficult. The room had AC every hour or so that I couldn’t seem to turn off. Also, the door to the bathroom was broken. It couldn’t close fully. I do think I’ll come again though! It’s gorgeous around in the winter.
Great price for a room that includes a kitchenette and well located to the ski hills. rooms are not fancy and in definite need of renovations and updates but they're functional.
